This is what I have been doing………

 

I have been painting. 

I have been taking watercolor classes for almost three  years now.  I think, I am improving.  Watercolor is a very interesting and demanding medium.  I love it, but sometimes it does not love me.  But, I am determined to keep on and conquer it.

We have a new restaurant in town called The Artisan Cafe.  Our Sunday School class had the August get together there.  I was pleasantly surprised when I found out the rules and regulations for placing work in the cafe.

So some friends very graciously helped me mat some of my paintings (they have all of the tools---I am getting there, but do not have a mat cutter).  So below are the four  paintings that I took.  I also took3 knitted scarves (my other obsession).
